Practical settings
Use automatic brightness, download media before travel, limit background access to apps that need it and choose the outer screen for short interactions. Low Power Mode helps, but cannot compensate for hours of maximum-brightness inner-screen use.
Compare your own mix rather than another person’s total hours. A commuter reading offline and a creator uploading over 5G will differ. After several days, review battery use by app and note which display you used.
