DuoCreator is a one-time App Store purchase. Apple processes payment and refund requests. Refund eligibility varies by country and circumstances. Mandatory rights for defective or non-conforming digital content are not limited by this page.
One-time purchase
Version 1.0 has no subscription, renewal, or in-app purchase. The App Store shows the final local price and applicable taxes before purchase. The U.S. reference price is USD 9.99; other storefronts, including Canada, use Apple's selected or automatically equivalent price points in local currency.
Requesting a refund
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase.
- Choose “I'd like to” > “Request a refund”.
- Select the DuoCreator purchase and follow Apple's current instructions.
Apple determines eligibility under its policies and applicable law because Apple processes the transaction. If the purchase cannot be found, see Apple's refund help article or contact Apple Support.
Product support before or after a refund request
For a technical issue, email [SUPPORT_EMAIL] with the app version, iOS version, device pose, steps to reproduce, and any non-sensitive error message. Do not send a private recording unless a secure support process is explicitly arranged. We may offer troubleshooting or an update; this does not delay or waive any statutory deadline.
United States and Canada
Consumers in U.S. states and Canadian provinces may have non-waivable rights under state or provincial consumer protection law, such as implied warranties or remedies for misrepresentation. Nothing on this page replaces them.
EU/EEA and Spanish consumers
Digital content must conform to the contract. If DuoCreator is faulty, not as described, or cannot perform its stated compatible use, applicable law may provide correction, a proportionate price reduction, or termination and refund. In Spain, one-off digital content is generally covered for lack of conformity appearing within two years of supply, subject to legal conditions and evidence rules. These statutory remedies cannot be removed by a warranty disclaimer.
Withdrawal rules for immediately supplied digital content are handled in Apple's purchase flow. Check your App Store receipt and contact Apple; your mandatory rights are preserved.
Other regions
Consumers may have non-waivable guarantees or refund rights under the law of their country, state, or province. Nothing on this page replaces them.
