Compatibility
- Supported device: iPhone Duo.
- Minimum operating system: iOS 27.1 or later.
- Apple Intelligence script features require an eligible device, Apple Intelligence turned on, the system model downloaded, and a supported language and region.
- Camera, microphone, speech recognition, and Photos features require the related iOS permission.
- Recording requires sufficient free device storage.
- Some outer-display or posed layouts depend on the current iPhone Duo configuration.

Quick troubleshooting
- Update to the latest compatible iOS and DuoCreator version.
- Open iOS Settings > DuoCreator and verify the required permission.
- Confirm you have enough free storage.
- Close and reopen DuoCreator, then restart the device if needed.
- For Apple Intelligence, confirm it is turned on and the system model has finished downloading.
- For Speech, verify the supported language, network or system availability if applicable, and microphone access.
- If an exported video is missing, check Photos permission and the destination selected in the share sheet.
Local data and backups
Projects and takes are stored locally. Export important work before deleting the app, erasing the device, installing beta system software, or performing a repair. Support cannot recover content that was never sent to us. Apple backup behaviour depends on your device and iCloud settings.
