PayPlea Community Guidelines and Child Safety Standards
Effective: November 5, 2026 Last updated: November 5, 2026
Our principles
PayPlea works because people trust each other. Be honest about your situation, respectful when you reply, and never pressure anyone. These Guidelines are part of the Terms of Use.
Requests that are welcome
- Genuine personal needs: rent, bills, groceries, medical or dental costs, school materials, travel to see family, repairs, emergencies.
- Requests from your own account, for yourself, with a realistic goal and the payment links you already use.
- Honest updates when your situation changes, and closing a request when the need is covered.
Not allowed
- Scams, invented stories, fake or edited receipts and documents, impersonation and duplicate accounts.
- Requests for third parties, organisations, charities, businesses, investments, loans, crypto or political campaigns.
- Requests linked to gambling, weapons, drugs, sexual services or any illegal activity.
- Offering anything in return for gifts, including content, services, raffles or interest.
- Harassment, threats, insults, hate speech, discrimination and doxxing.
- Sexual content or nudity of any kind, graphic violence, and content that encourages self-harm.
- Publishing other people’s private data, health information, ID documents or account numbers.
- Repeatedly messaging people for money, spam, external links that are not your allowed payment links, and phishing.
- Requests that identify or show minors, or that collect money for or about a child in a way that exposes them.
If someone is at risk
If a request or message suggests that someone may harm themselves or others, report it immediately. We may contact emergency services when we believe there is an imminent risk to life. In the United States you can call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline); in Spain, call 024; in an emergency, call 112 or 911.
How we enforce these rules
Every request is reviewed before publication. We act on user reports and on our own detection, using human review and automated tools. Depending on severity we may remove content, pause a request, issue a warning, restrict features, or suspend or permanently ban the account. You receive a statement of reasons and can appeal, as described in section 13 of the Terms. Fraud and serious harm lead to an immediate ban and may be reported to providers and authorities.
Child safety standards
Ayudante Digital has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking and any sexualisation of minors.
- PayPlea is restricted to adults aged 18 or older. Accounts of anyone found to be under 18 are removed.
- Any content or behaviour involving CSAE is removed as soon as we become aware of it, the accounts involved are permanently banned, and relevant information is preserved for law enforcement.
- We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) as required by 18 U.S.C. § 2258A, and to the competent authorities in Spain and the EU, including the Spanish National Police and Guardia Civil.
- Users can report CSAE in the App with the Report button (choose “Child safety”) on any profile, request, comment or message, or by email to hola@ayudantedigital.es. Reports are reviewed with the highest priority.
- Our designated child safety contact is reachable at hola@ayudantedigital.es and can speak to our CSAM prevention practices and compliance.
- We comply with applicable child safety laws, including the EU Digital Services Act and Spanish Organic Law 8/2021 on the protection of children against violence.
You can also report directly to NCMEC at report.cybertip.org, or in Spain to the National Police at policia.es.
Nothing on this page limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer, privacy, accessibility or other mandatory law in your country or U.S. state.
